1. Hire Period & Returns

  • The standard hire period is 3 days, starting from the agreed collection or delivery date.

  • The dress must be returned by the specified date and time.

  • Late returns will incur a fee of $30 per day. If the dress is not returned within 7 days immediately following the hire date, the full rental fee, in addition to the original rental fee, will be charged.

  • Late returns must be made in person to 2 Pisconeri St Perth.

2. Damage, Stains & Repairs

  • The hirer is responsible for taking care of the dress.

  • Minor wear and tear is acceptable, but significant damage (tears, burns, heavy stains) will result in repair costs or full replacement fees.

  • If a dress is irreparably damaged, the customer will be charged the full retail price.

3. Cleaning Policy

  • The Item is to be returned on the specified return date to North Perth Dry Cleaners.

  • Dry cleaning is included in the hire fee.

  • Customers must not attempt to clean, alter, or iron the dress.

4. Deposit & Security Bond

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of the reservation.

  • Any necessary repair or late fees will be deducted from the deposit.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • If you wish to cancel your rental, you must provide ELISAB Dress Hire with at least 48 hours' notice prior to the scheduled pickup date and time.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur the full remaining rental fee (minus the deposit).

6. Fit & Sizing Issues

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check sizing before hiring.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be provided for sizing issues after collection or delivery.

7. Liability & Responsibility

  • ELISAB Dress Hire is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or allergic reactions caused by the garments.

  • The hirer assumes full responsibility for the dress once it is collected or delivered.

8. Hygiene & Condition on Return

  • The dress must be returned in an acceptable condition, free from excessive stains, strong odors, or pet hair.

  • Additional fees may be charged for excessive cleaning requirements.

9. Lost or Stolen Dresses

  • If a dress is lost or stolen during the hire period, the hirer must pay the full retail price including the original hire charge.

  • ELISAB Dress Hire reserves the right to take legal action if necessary.

10. Photos & Promotion Rights

  • Customers who tag ELISAB Dress Hire on social media grant permission for their images to be shared for promotional purposes.

  • If a customer does not consent to this, they must notify us in writing.

11. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be made before collection.

  • We accept Cash and EFTPOS.

By hiring a dress from ELISAB Dress Hire, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. ELISAB Dress Hire reserves the right to update these terms at any time.
